Dzhigarkhanyan’s wife left Russia amid the divorce and searches in the theater. Armen Dzhigarkhanyan’s wife who fled the country: “I’ll wait for his reaction Vitalina Tsimbalyuk-Romanovskaya went abroad with her parents. The woman feared for her life. Spouse actor

Today, the Moscow City Court rejected an appeal against the security arrest of money placed in a bank in the amount of 1 million rubles, belonging to Armen Dzhigarkhanyan’s ex-wife Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya.

“The decision of the Cheryomushkinsky court of November 29, 2017 is recognized as legal,” the judge announced the decision.

Earlier it was reported that the court imposed a so-called “security” arrest on the property. We were talking about an apartment on Molodogvardeyskaya Street, as well as a bank account opened in the name of the ex-wife, where 1 million rubles are kept. The pianist's lawyer confirmed this information. Vitalina was also given a written undertaking not to leave the place, but charges under the article have not yet been brought.

“The capital court arrested my client’s apartment on Molodogvardeyskaya Street in Moscow as part of a criminal case for violation of privacy. In addition, the court imposed a security arrest for 1 million rubles, which is in a safe deposit box at Lanta Bank and also belongs to Vitalina,” TASS quotes Larisa Shirokova.

Vitalina’s real estate and funds were seized in a case of “violation of privacy.” Allegedly, Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya collected and distributed in the press without the consent of her ex-husband Armen Borisovich details of his personal life. It was previously reported that hidden cameras were installed in the artist’s personal account. According to Vitalina, the appearance of these devices in the theater was associated with an order “from above.” But those around Dzhigarkhanyan are confident that Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya acted in her own interests.

“I am forced to comment on what is happening, since nothing “sensational”, as stated in the press, happened,” Vitalina said after the court decision was announced. - So: the Moscow City Court was supposed to consider the complaint against the decision of the Cheryomushkinsky court, filed by me and Larisa Shirokova regarding the illegal withdrawal of funds from my safe deposit box in November (or December) 2017. In fact, they were looking for fake documents about fraudulent real estate transactions, but in their absence, they decided to confiscate at least the money. The article under which the investigation is being conducted does not provide for such sanctions, and we will appeal anything that is contrary to the law in all possible instances in a procedural manner. In fact, the meeting was postponed due to untimely notification (at least 7 days), and in our case, the complete lack of notification by the Cheryomushkinsky court to me and my lawyer about the date of the meeting. However, we were never notified of any procedural action of this court. We found out about the seizure by chance, a month later.”

The wife of People's Artist of the USSR Armen Dzhigarkhanyan and the former director of the capital's theater, which he directs, Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya, who received Russian citizenship in 2007, left the country. As it became known from Andrei Malakhov’s program “Live”, she fears for her life. Earlier, searches and seizure of documents took place in the theater, and information about the divorce of the spouses appeared in the media.

Her parents, Lydia Tsymbalyuk and Viktor Romanovsky, said before leaving that they were leaving with their daughter because they were afraid to leave her alone - both here and abroad. Dzhigarkhanyan’s father-in-law noted that on the day of the “seizure” of the theater he was there all day and believes that the people with machine guns and in civilian clothes did not look like official security forces; they did not present any documents.

According to him, the theater is on the verge of collapse, the public is leaving it and plans for new productions are collapsing. “We wanted to raise money, pay off the debt that remained, but this probably won’t happen,” Romanovsky said.

“The decision to leave the country was emotional, not planned. The initiative came from Vitalina. She did everything that “these people” demanded of her: she quit the theater, agreed to a divorce,” Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya’s official representative Elina said during the program Mazur.

Malakhov, in turn, explained that the 38-year-old wife of the People's Artist of the USSR, who intends to divorce her, left either for New York, or Tel Aviv, or Kyiv. At the same time, Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya herself, who went live via Skype, refused to name the country where she went. Nevertheless, she emphasized that she was going to return to the Russian Federation in the near future.

As her mother said, Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya left the country because she was afraid of persecution. “I feel here like in the movie “The meeting place cannot be changed” - some kind of complete chaos is happening in the state theater,” she said and added that as soon as the situation calms down and they want to be heard, they will return.

Last week it became known about searches and seizure of documents in the theater of People's Artist of the USSR Armen Dzhigarkhanyan on Lomonosovsky Prospekt. Earlier it was reported that the actor filed a complaint about the theft of his general passport. At the same time, he stated that the passport was stolen in the theater.

The media linked the search with the scandal that occurred between Dzhigarkhanyan and his wife. It was reported that the prosecutor's office became interested in the theater's financial activities and inspections are possible in the near future, since the theater is a budget theater and was founded by the Moscow Department of Culture.

Journalists wrote that after the dismissal of Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya, ticket sales fell sharply and income began to fall. The theater is losing sponsors who provided money for performances, costumes and decorations. In particular, after a scandal broke out in the media, Alina Kabaeva’s foundation, which had previously intended to pay for the sewing of new costumes for the children’s play “Ivan da Marya,” stopped cooperation with the theater.

Since mid-October, a story has been developing in the media, in which there is still a lot of uncertainty. Dzhigarkhanyan accused his third wife and now former theater director of trying to have a child with him and steal from him. The broadcast of Andrei Malakhov’s program on October 16 was dedicated to this. 82-year-old Dzhigarkhanyan, in particular, accused Tsymbalyuk-Romannovskaya of transferring all his property to herself.

The actor announced his intention to divorce her and eventually hid from Tsymbalyuk in the hospital, where he asked her not to be allowed. The hospital confirmed that Dzhigarkhanyan was indeed hospitalized due to high blood sugar. The actor’s sister took the side of his wife and explained these accusations to the press by saying that his brother was not feeling well due to high sugar and sometimes he himself did not know what he was saying. Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya’s side is defended by her confidant Elina Mazur, who previously announced a raider takeover of the theater.

She later said that the theater and its accounting department were seized by a certain group, whose members had previously been involved in “very large criminal cases.” “The money was sent to charity; it didn’t actually go into the theater, but was taken out,” Mazur said.

She noted that in 2016 the directorate of the theater changed, after which documentation was closely monitored. Previously, she associated the establishment of the financial activities of the theater with the merits of Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya, who, after the accusations made by Dzhigarkhanyan, decided to divorce him because she was “tired of the dirt that Armen Borisovich pours on her,” and filed a statement with the Investigative Committee for libel.

Not a day goes by without journalists becoming aware of another scandalous detail of the conflict between Armen Dzhigarkhanyan and Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya. Recently, a woman and her mother left the country. The other day Andrei Malakhov managed to contact her and ask her about the details of this difficult situation.

The wife of People's Artist of the USSR Armen Dzhigarkhanyan, Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya, left the country with her mother some time ago. Before this, the woman tried many times to get a meeting with her husband, but he flatly refused to see her. Due to the financial scandal, the Moscow Department of Culture decided to dismiss her from her post as director of the Moscow Drama Theater under the leadership of Armen Dzhigarkhanyan.

Journalists also learned that law enforcement agencies are currently discussing the issue of opening a criminal case regarding the hidden camera found in the master’s office. A few days earlier, a case was opened regarding the theft of the director’s passport. As it turned out, Vitalina was unable to be under severe pressure and because of this she left Russia. By the way, no investigative actions are being carried out against the woman yet, so no one prevented her from leaving.

Guest of the next episode of the program “Andrey Malakhov. Live” recently became Vitalina’s representative Elina Mazur, who commented on the situation.

“It was an emotional decision, and it depended on Vitalina. She stated that she did everything that these people demanded of her. Vitalina quit the theater and agreed to a divorce. As for the division of property, this is impossible, since a loan was received for this apartment,” Mazur said.

Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya must pay about 10 million rubles because the loan was issued to her. According to the woman's father, she decided to leave because she was threatened and she was afraid for her life.

Andrei Malakhov managed to contact the wife of Armen Dzhigarkhanyan, who explained the reason for the escape: “I would not want to be psychologically under this pressure. I decided not to participate in everything for a while.”

Regarding the financial scandal, Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya denies all accusations against her: “I am surprised at the awareness of many people about the theater’s decorations and so on. The money was budgetary, and a report was kept for every ruble. My activities were carried out absolutely within the legal framework.”

To Malakhov’s question about whether she plans to return to Russia, Vitalina answered in the affirmative. True, the woman did not name the exact date, but only expressed the hope that Dzhigarkhanyan would sooner or later want to talk to her. According to Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya, she does not trust the people with whom her husband is now.

A couple that is talked about, which only the lazy do not discuss, and especially its female half - Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya. She is discussed and sometimes condemned much more than any of our pop mega-stars.

Why Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya?

Pianist, former director of the theater under the direction of Armen Dzhigarkhanyan, his ex-wife. Vitalina was born in Kyiv at the end of 1978, namely on December 8th. As she herself claims, the surname Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya is not a pseudonym. Romanovskaya is the surname of her maternal great-grandmother. The story happened quite interesting: when she was going to go to the capital to enroll as an assistant for an internship at the State Classical Academy named after Maimonides (this is a Jewish Academy), the question of her origin became more open, Vitalina learned that her great-grandmother’s name was Eva Romanovskaya. Arriving in Moscow, she simply wanted to add her last name in this way. In 2016, when Armen Borisovich and Vitalina decided to formalize their 16-year relationship in the registry office, she did not change her beautiful surname to the famous one - Dzhigarkhanyan. Armen Borisovich then told Vitalina that she was an independent person, including in art, and, in his opinion, could keep her last name. Vitalina said more than once in interviews that she always lived in parental love, and she was the meaning of their lives.

Love story

For the first time, Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya saw Armen Borisovich on the theater stage - the Mayakovsky Theater came to Kyiv on tour. And then the 16-year-old girl fell in love with him, and then she “fell ill” with him. Vitalina collected all his interviews, which were incredibly interesting to her. Then it seemed that if she was not with this person, her life would not work out; she thought that she could not love anyone else. In 2000, they finally met and after some time began dating. Armen Borisovich was happy with everything, he was happy with everything, he was happy that people admired him and were in love with him. According to Vitalina, Armen Borisovich understood that next to him was a friend, an assistant, his guardian angel, who would do everything to make him feel very cozy and comfortable. It was just convenient for him to meet her.

Unhappy apartment

More recently, Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya claimed that Dzhigarkhanyan is a person who radically influenced her life. And then, when two strokes occurred, Vitalina nursed the artist. The famous actor and director invited her to work in his theater, yes, it was his initiative. Since 2010, they lived in a poorly renovated one-room apartment near Krasnogorsk. Then Dzhigarkhanyan himself chose a house that he liked, and the apartment in it was renovated... and then his friends arrived, and, according to Vitalina, they really liked this housing. Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya believes that it was from this unfortunate apartment that the story began that divided Vitalina’s life in half: with and without Dzhigarkhanyan.

A story of disappointment

Vitalina does not consider herself guilty and strives to completely rehabilitate her name and wants everything to end as soon as possible. Neither talent nor popular love for Dzhigarkhanyan is a sufficient reason to forgive him for all the most cruel public insults against the woman, his wife, with whom he lived for 16 years. New features of him were revealed to her; Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya could not even imagine that he could be so cruel, because in his married life he never publicly, in front of strangers, showed open aggression, and never made any accusations. And yet, Vitalina considers her husband to be a victim in this conflict, because he is now unhappy, it is now not only morally, but also physically difficult for him... “On a human level, I feel very sorry for him, as a sick elderly man. But now I’ve stopped respecting him,” admits Vitalina.

Armen Dzhagarkhanyan’s young wife Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya and her mother left Russia. They flew to Tbilisi, and from there, as we hear, will go to Kyiv - both are from Ukraine.

ON THIS TOPIC

It is interesting that the actor’s cunning wife left Russia freely; there was no ban on their departure. According to MK, no investigative actions are being taken against her yet. Although the police are investigating at least one crime against Dzhigarkhanyan: passport theft. And the 36-year-old wife of the elderly actor is likely among the suspects.

In addition, the issue of initiating a criminal case is also being considered under Article 138.1 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Illegal trafficking in special equipment for secretly obtaining information”). A hidden camera was discovered in Armen Dzhigarkhanyan’s office, which could also have been installed by Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya.

After the seizure of financial documentation from the theater’s accounting department, Vitalina may also have serious questions from the tax service. In addition, the Moscow Department of Culture will have to find out the legality of Vitalina’s huge (as they say in the theater) salary and receipt of bonuses while she was working as the general director of the theater.

As for Dzhigarkhanyan himself, today he lives in an apartment rented to him by friends. And all of his real estate, by law, now belongs to the escaped Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya - during her relationship with the actor, she acquired three apartments, and all of them are registered in her name.
