Humility - how to learn to accept. Is it possible to change fate? step one - acceptance How to learn a lesson from an unpleasant situation

Accept your fate

There may come a stage in the life of every person when he stops, looks back, sums up some results and forms plans for the future. This is natural and natural.

But there are situations when it seems that you have stopped, frozen, when all desires are smoothed out. And this is not indifference, no. This is a peaceful stopover that brings peace and harmony. It’s just that desires become less acute, and the flow of thoughts becomes smoother.

What is this? Internal fatigue? But it seems that she is not there. Reluctance to rush forward? And no, the momentum of the movement is preserved. But the feeling of calm confidence, a certain stability, and a reduction in emotional outbursts is fully present.

And this can be explained by reaching a point in the journey that can be called “critical” for a given person. Critical not in a negative sense, but rather transitional. This is the stage of spiritual maturation, when the realization comes that you should not strive for the unattainable, that your tasks are only YOUR tasks, and your path is exactly YOUR path. And all your suffering, struggles, decisions are exactly YOUR suffering, struggles and decisions. No one but you could go through this life in this way.

The inner stability that you gain in this way allows you to look at things soberly. You understand that there are tasks that you will never be able to do, and it’s not your fault. A flower, even if it has blossomed and is fragrant, will never defeat a lion - the lion will simply step on it and crush it.

You understand that you don’t need to stare at someone else’s things, or aim at the impossible. You understand that satisfaction only comes from what is closely aligned with your program, with your tasks, which are feasible for you. You calm down in the main thing and gain a calm vision of yourself and circumstances.

And then you ACCEPT YOUR FATE. You accept it completely, completely, without any reservations. No one but you on this Earth could have accomplished what you have accomplished - whether bad or good, but this is YOUR embroidery of fate, and you are the author of this “work” that the Lord entrusted to you.

Not everyone can accept their fate. And if this does not happen, a person will not experience satisfaction and peace. This is the only way to understand yourself and your tasks - BY ACCEPTING YOUR DESTINY.

On a subtle level, this means the merging of two streams: the present and the future. If a person does not accept his fate, he will not be able to fully embrace the future. And if the flows of the present and the future do not fully merge, then the future cannot line up harmoniously.

Accepting your fate does not mean resigning yourself by pursing your lips, gritting your teeth and holding back your tears. Accepting fate means understanding that it is this fate that you are worthy of, it is this inheritance that you received from your ancestors, and it is with these specific tasks that your soul came to Earth. And that without solving these problems, without unraveling specific knots (which are yours and only yours), you will not move on.

Accepting fate means looking into the future with a smile, no matter how difficult the present may be. This is the ability to see the sun through the clouds, even if they cover the entire sky.

And if a person accepts his fate - completely, with all his heart - and such an internal revolution occurs when for a moment the hands of the internal clock freeze. But this is not a stop, this is a leap, awareness of oneself in a new quality.

A transition is made, and the future is combined with the present at a single point, in order to subsequently unfold into a new linear structure of human life.

There will be new transitions in the future, but if this current transition had not taken place, it is unlikely that a person would be able to enter those orbits that become real only after complete, unconditional, deep acceptance of his destiny.

Every normal person would like to change his Destiny, improve something, correct something a little, change something a lot, and remove something altogether. No matter how wonderful a person may think, there is always something to improve and improve in it.

But often the situation is different. When life or fate brings a person simply unbearable suffering and it is so painful, sickening, scary and painful to live that a person is ready to do anything to radically change his fate. And even when he is ready to change his life and change himself, desire alone is not enough, you still need to know how to do it! You need to know what most influences a person’s destiny and what tools for changing it are in principle available. Then you can change your fate quickly enough!

But before you start changing anything, study in more detail, and also read the article -. Much of what is described in this article will become clear to you.

So, how to change Destiny! 6 main ways

We will consider ways (methods) of changing one’s destiny that are available to absolutely every person, as well as purely esoteric techniques that can only be used by a trained esoteric practitioner.

1. The most accessible way to start changing your destiny is to change your life Goals! Set higher and more significant Goals, take on new things, start doing what you have long wanted, what you have dreamed about, but have been putting it off all the time.

For an esotericist, a change in the Goals of life is a change in the patronage of the forces that guide a person through life (help, teach and protect him). As Goals grow, a person’s responsibility grows and he is given higher and more influential Patrons in Fate. In addition, goals and thoughts must be worthy, that is, pure, in order to be sure that they will help you, and not those who patronize bandits and scum.

The pattern is simple: patronage changes - a person’s fate changes. And I recommend working with Goals using the books and lessons of Brian Tracy (the world's best coach in setting and achieving goals).

2. Search for a deeper, eternal, higher Meaning of Life! This is a continuation of working with Goals! Only point 1 refers to external goals (what a person wants to achieve in life, what to create and what contribution to make to the development of society), and point 2 – internal ones.

That is, honestly and sincerely answering the question for yourself: - “What am I living for?”, “What do I want to devote my life to?”, “What to leave behind, what benefit to bring?”, - by finding strong answers that resonate with joy and inspiration in the heart and soul, a person also triggers deep and irreversible changes in his life. And if his answers are positive and correct, then the changes will be very good, although often not without surprises.

It is best to answer such questions in writing, listening to your heart, your soul sincerely and carefully. The answers will definitely come and may be the most unexpected.

3. Direct appeal to the Higher Powers (k, k)! This can be an arbitrary prayer of the heart, with a pre-prepared and thought-out meaning. This always works if you approach it responsibly and seriously.

What you can and should ask from the Higher Powers:

  • Higher significant Goals (teach, indicate)
  • Rapid development of one’s own and (always leads to a change in fate)
  • Atonement for sins and cleansing of the Soul (removes blocks, prohibitions by fate, opens up new opportunities)
  • Understanding (studying, awareness) of one’s own
  • A bright and worthy Spiritual Teacher, Mentor (who will help and teach how to change your destiny for the better)
  • Understanding (awareness) - what God wants from you, what your Soul wants

These are good requests, the Light Forces will be especially helpful in fulfilling them, and this will certainly lead to positive changes in your destiny.

Advice: write all your requests to God in the form of a letter to the Higher Powers, with justification for why you are asking for this. And then make a sincere heartfelt prayer, putting into it the whole meaning of the written letter. This is a very powerful tool. Personally, this method has never failed me!

4. The Power of Gratitude! This is not available to everyone, because there are few truly grateful people these days. You can easily change your future by simply changing your attitude towards your past. Our wise ancestors knew this at all times. That is why there have always been rituals of gratitude to the Gods for everything given to man in his destiny.

Advice: Write a letter of gratitude to God for your already lived part of life - for all achievements, awards, trials, even for hardships and tragedies (if you have enough courage) and do not skimp on words. The letter can be on many sheets, and this is great, the more the better. You can write it for several days and that's okay.

This technique will give you the opportunity to completely re-understand your life and thank the Higher Powers for everything that has already happened! Gratitude frees a person, his consciousness, from the past, the old, freeing up space for a new future.

After a while, and maybe the next day after writing the letter, you will feel and see that your life has already begun to change.

When the first 4 methods are not enough!

Almost always, the above methods and techniques for working with Destiny are enough to start changing your life for the better. But not always! There are difficult situations when a person’s fate is burdened with strong karmic punishments coming from the past (from past lives), which the person simply does not remember. And then you need to work with a professional in these matters - with a Spiritual Healer.

When does this happen:

  • When a person has an incurable disease
  • When he has tried everything, but due to fate he cannot get out of the hole (no matter how much he fights and works, but there is no use, as if someone had cursed him)
  • When he experiences severe mental or physical suffering

In such cases, serious work with the fate of a person and with his soul is required, and this will require, as a rule, more than one session with a Spiritual Healer. If you have a need to work with a good Healer, write to me.

5. Working with Destiny with the help of a Spiritual Healer! This is a very good method and one of the fastest to implement. A good healer immediately sees your destiny in full view - past, present and future. He sees the causes of certain problems in a person’s life, prohibitions and blocks according to Fate, and knows exactly what needs to be done to remove them.

The healer can very quickly gain access to information about your Karmic Tasks, about the punishments that are programmed for you by fate, and tell you what to do about it. And complex problems, such as an incurable disease (cancer, for example), can be resolved by a Healer personally working with you.

But the next method of changing Fate is even more radical and powerful.

6. Taking the path of purposeful Development! Entry into the Light Spiritual System. Constant spiritual, energetic development, personal growth and growth in self-realization - most of all change the fate of a Person, because they most quickly reveal a person’s potential and get rid of weaknesses, shortcomings and problems.

00:00:00 Every Tuesday, at eleven in the morning, live broadcast from Vladivostok. Tushkin Vasily Rurikovich “The most secret knowledge”, only on the radio and only for you.
[Host] Good afternoon, dear radio listeners! I am glad to welcome you on the waves of Ayurveda radio. I invite all those who have gathered at this morning hour in Moscow to listen to the most interesting lecture. And all this live from Vladivostok. Tushkin Vasily Rurikovich, a specialist in the field of Vedic culture, philologist, orientalist, and “The Most Secret Knowledge” will be with us and only for you. Today we will continue. "Accept your fate." Good afternoon, Vasily Rurikovich.
[Tushkin V.G.] Hello.
[Host] Hello. I can hear you perfectly. And I have already announced the topic today. Let's get started
[Tushkin V.G.] Uh-huh, good. So, today's lecture is called "Accept your destiny." It may be a little esoteric. But, nevertheless, I decided to include it in this popular course “The Most Intimate Knowledge”, because in general, I hope that listeners have been absorbing this information for some time, and I think that all this, in principle, will be correctly understood and will achieve, so to speak, its goal.

00:01:32 So, “Accept your destiny” is a fairly relevant topic, because it shows how we need to react to certain events in our lives. And we often see some standard reactions from people who are timid about fate, curse fate or something else. Or they say there: “Where is God looking?” Or something else like that. That is, it is extremely rare that we encounter such models of behavior when we see that people truly perceive life as learning. And even when not everything in their life goes so smoothly, they try to draw the right conclusions.

00:02:26 Most people, after all, tend to fight when something like this happens to them. They say: “It’s not fair. We must defend this” and so on. Here. Here, of course, you need to very clearly see the line of what is fair, what is unfair, and how to do it correctly. Naturally, this lecture is intended for people who to some extent practice spiritual life. And there is one fairly popular widespread misconception that a person who has embarked on the path of spiritual development, he seems to already be living, well, whoever is a Christian will say: “Like Christ in his bosom,” who else has some kind of tradition somehow differently: “Under such a divine cap with God, and it seems like water is off a duck’s back, nothing like that happens to him anymore, he is free from his fate, from his karma, now he, as it were, so to speak, flies over the Earth.”

00:03:30 But we see that in reality everything is not always so smooth, everything is so wonderful. And here, so to speak, well, the background to this lecture or something. It relates to one situation described in the Ancient Sacred Vedic text [Shikhmatbagova]. Where there is a character like Brahma, the creator of this material world, according to the Vedas. Here, who in Rus' was called Slorog. Where he offers one prayer to the Almighty. Here. And in this prayer he says that “My dear Lord, he who honestly and patiently waits for you to shower your mercy on him and patiently endures suffering, consider it the consequence of your supreme actions. Whoever bows before you in reverence and continues to serve you with his words, mind and body is undoubtedly worthy of liberation, for it has become his legal right.”

00:04:41 Here. That is, this is a slightly unusual reaction, unlike the standard behavior of Westerners. And so, it requires some explanation because Western people are fighters by nature. They fight with everything around them: with material nature, with the material world, with their destiny, with presidents, with bosses. They organize all kinds of revolutions, i.e. This is an already ingrained tradition among us - not to accept. It seems to them that accepting one’s fate is such a, you know, weak position, the position of a person who, you know, has his paws up in the air and can’t do anything, can’t protect himself

00:05:31 Here. And we have the position of such an active fighter who defends everything, justice and everything else, everything else. Here. That is, this position, it seems to a Western person who has grown up, well, this false ego, some kind of derogatory, unworthy person who must fight and find in the struggle, in the struggle, his essence, in the struggle, his happiness , or rather. This means that this position requires some explanation because it is based on a completely different understanding of fate, an understanding of life. That is, if we, say, embark on the path of spiritual development, we must immediately understand that the path of spiritual development is the path that leads us to the highest truth, which in its highest aspect is personal, loving. God loving

00:06:33 So, in connection with this, the question arises: “If we move towards God, and he participates in our destiny, then accepting our destiny - what is that? Does accepting your destiny mean accepting the will of God? And accordingly, to fight fate does it mean to fight the will of God? Or what?
In the West, unfortunately, people perceive God in some separation from the material world, from fate. It seems to them that these are some kind of unrelated things, that God is somewhere far away. But here is material nature, it is not connected with him. That is, people for the most part do not see this connection, most often. And that's why they prefer to fight. But the Vedic concept is completely different. That is, if I accept God, then this means that I also accept fate, with which he corrects some of my mistakes, or puts me before a certain choice so that I can draw certain conclusions and be able to correct my mentality. past that led me to mistakes. And these mistakes led me to the corresponding reactions now, for example.

00:07:55 That is, spiritual life is not just based on faith. Spiritual life is based on a certain and clear understanding. That is, spiritual life should not be blind, it should not be blind faith. It must be based on the understanding that if I serve God or go to meet him, then he leads me in a certain way. And that even if some difficulties arise in my life, then these difficulties must be perceived as what I need. Because complexity is something that is fundamentally, in my mind, something that I cannot digest. Now, difficulties are a kind of biased thing. So, difficulties are internal problems of consciousness that cannot digest this or that situation.

00:08:40 So, the mind begins to rush here or there, it says that this is a problem, another problem. Here. That is, all external problems are needed in order to untie certain internal knots, certain paradigms of concepts that we already have, interweaving of thoughts, stereotypes of some kind of thinking, that lead us to certain words and actions. And all this leads to certain reactions: suffering or pleasure. So, external nature, it is not independent or separate from God. She is his external instrument through which he, so to speak, enters my destiny and makes me understand certain things.

00:09:29 So, even if a person has taken the spiritual path and dedicated himself to serving God, until he has become completely spiritually mature, he still has some certain desire to enjoy time, the happiness of this world. And therefore, the Lord creates certain situations in order to completely destroy these remnants of the spirit of pleasure in a person, because to enjoy this world means to enjoy an illusion or a dream. Here. Enjoying a dream may be good, but reality remains reality. So, a sincere believer, a person practicing the spiritual path, he really wants to return to the highest reality, to the highest world. And therefore, he basically accepts some certain symbolic punishments from God, who comes through material nature, and continues to bow before him with his body, mind and speech. And thus he becomes the heir of liberation.

00:10:31 Here. As they say, in order to receive an inheritance, you just need to stay alive. When, say, our time comes, we receive this inheritance. That is, in order to receive liberation or entry into the higher spiritual world, you just need to remain alive in spiritual life. Staying alive in spiritual life means, among other things, not grumbling about fate, because fate is what we [need] from God, whom we, let’s say, worship. Here. That is, as they say in the Vedas, it is impossible to approach the Sun without becoming fire, and it is also impossible to approach God without becoming divine. So in order to become divine, for this it is necessary to overcome one’s material nature, these material stereotypes of thinking, material conditioning. And certain kinds of suffering, with the right approach, are cures for our diseases. Because real medicines are rarely pleasant and sweet. As a rule, good real medicines are bitter. That’s why they are somehow covered for us, with some kind of sweet coating, to make it easier to accept.

00:11:35 So, it is very important to understand that we practice spiritual life within the framework of our karma, our destiny. This inertia of karma or fate does not stop immediately. Just imagine that the fan is turned on, if, for example, you unplug the plug from the socket, then although no new power is supplied, some other inertia causes the fan to spin. In the same way, a person who has embarked on the path of spiritual purification, worship of God, he has already, one might say, pulled the plug from the socket, that is, he does not commit new karma, that is, such activity that is tied to the material world. Here. But the inertia of his past karma is also like the inertia of some kind of rotating fan, it continues to come to him, as it were, from his past, for his past actions

00:12:31 Here. Therefore, although spiritual life, spiritual knowledge, the practice of worship, prayers, it ignites ungerminated karma, in the form of seeds, which is in our subtle body. Here the sprouted karma, the karma of this body, continues to haunt us for some time. That is, you need to understand that karma comes at different levels. Here. My body, let’s say, is sprouted karma. Here. What will sprout tomorrow is today in the form of a seed and awaits its time in the subtle body. Some kind of karma exists only at the level of desires and plans. I haven't even done anything for this yet, but I'm planning to. That is, karma is a kind of multi-level, multi-stage process. So, it’s like subtle forms of karma at the level of desires or at the level of seeds, they can, as it were, be ignited by the fire of spiritual knowledge, spiritual practice

00:13:31 But that karma, which is already, say, now there is some kind of inertia, for example, of my body. These things are very difficult to change or modify. These are things that still need to be endured. So, we need all sorts of consequences, reactions that come to us from our past so that we can see our wrong mood, which led to sins, and sins led to suffering. That is, a reasonable person, the reason was given to him, so that he could engage in certain introspection, so that he could find certain reasons in himself that led to certain consequences. And this person must be able to endure these things, understanding that he himself is to blame, and at the same time, without any resentment towards fate, towards God, worship God with mind, body, speech.

00:14:32 And so, the ability to realize one’s guilt and accept one’s responsibility distinguishes truly spiritual people or people devoted to God from ordinary people who often consider themselves innocent victims, some kind of hostages of fate or hostages of circumstances. Here. And since people are not inclined, due to their spiritual immaturity, to accept this responsibility, they tend to shift it onto others and blame others. We see this all the time when people there criticize someone: politicians there, someone else, that everyone around is so bad, but I’m so good, I’m a hostage to such circumstances there, and so on. Here. That is, this in itself speaks of the immaturity of a person’s position and his lack of understanding of what is happening.

00:15:29 Here. He doesn't understand that someone out there might be really bad or guilty. But the point is not in him, but the point is that I ended up next to some kind of bad person, and now I’m getting it. Why don't others get it, why me? Why exactly did I end up here? Regardless of who is good or bad, why me, if I am so wonderful, then why did I end up in such a not-so-good situation. And really, where does God look? That is, people often lack such self-critical thinking. Here. And they misunderstand this, challenge life and begin to fight it. Typically, the result is that they become even more confused. And in this Ancient Vedic text [Shikhmatbagova], there is a curious story that occurred on the threshold of the onset of our era [KaliYugia], about 5 thousand years ago. And it was like this

00:16:27 Here. That is, one of the last Vedic kings, his name is Parikshit, Maharaja Parikshit. He ran around his property and saw, therefore, a bull and a cow standing on the road, and next to them was a man who was dressed in such clothes that looked regal. Here. But at the same time, he was engaged in activities that were not at all regal. As they say, the king is a protector, a defender of people, a defender of the law, a defender of justice. So, he must also protect those living beings who are dependent on him, in particular animals. The same cows, which, according to the Vedas, are the most useful animals for humans, since they provide milk, all these products associated with it and, obviously, manure, many different things. Here. And therefore, protecting cows was always included in the list of mandatory duties for protecting the king.

00:17:27 And this king Maharaja Parikshit the Emperor, well, he ran around his possessions, and then he saw some, so to speak, also a man who was also dressed in the clothes of a certain king. Here. He was all black in appearance, it was exactly the same personified Kaliya Purusha or the person who is responsible for this current era. He was ready to come into his own. And before he could come into his own, he had to do something. Here. And he, it means, beat this bull or cow on the legs with such a stick. This is a symbolic image - a bull, a cow. They represent, as it were, such principles of goodness, principles of harmony, on which the well-being of the nation and the Earth in general rests. And it is believed that this bull, the so-called [Dharma] bull, or the bull of this religiosity or goodness, stands on four legs, that is, four, as it were, supports for a civilized, benevolent, stable society.

00:18:27 The first support is mercy, the second support is asceticism, the third is purity, and the fourth is truthfulness. And so it is said that in each of the four eras of the cycle, I once talked about the cyclical flow of time. Here. Some leg, say, stops working, and since this process of gradual degradation of the era is going on, then with each era there are less and less of these religious principles that support goodness. And so, it means that almost three legs of this bull had already been broken, and only the last one remained. It is said that the last leg is goodness. In the current era, this truthfulness lies in the fact that people are still looking for this truth, this truth exists somewhere, someone even finds it. But in general, most people have almost forgotten them. But there are some other truth-seekers

00:19:25 And this Kaliya Purusha, this man who claimed to be the king of this era, which was about to come. He wanted, so to speak, to kill the last leg of religion, to destroy the principle of truthfulness. And at that time this young emperor Parikshit caught him doing this whole thing. And when he shouted at him, he said: “Stop, does that mean this is happening here?” He turned to this bull, which symbolizes this principle of goodness and religion, and said: “What? Explain to me what's going on here? Who is to blame, why is this so? Who behaves like this with you? Here. And the most interesting thing is that although everything was obvious, in fact this Kaliya Purusha was caught at the crime scene, everything, a bloody stick, and everything was visible. However, this bull itself or this [Dharma], personified, so to speak, goodness or religiosity, he answered very somehow evasively. When Maharaji asked him: “Who is to blame for all this that happened?” He says, “Well, it’s hard to say who’s to blame. Here. Because maybe, so to speak, I myself, maybe something else. Now, one way or another, if all this comes to me, it means it once came from me.”

00:20:47 That is, in all this, what is important is not so much the answer of this bull, but rather his position, that although the criminal seemed to be nearby, he did not blame him. Although, it seems that the culprit was quite obvious where he was. Here. And this game of being an innocent victim, it is very popular now. People love to point out: “This one and that one is to blame.” But this bull, a symbol of religion, he said such a very unique phrase, which, of course, requires a separate explanation. He said that: “He who points out a criminal is himself a criminal.” Like this. Try it, digest it. Not an easy phrase. What does it mean? This means that the Lord, in whose hands material nature is, is sending me a certain reaction so that the circle of responsibility is closed and I get what I deserve.

00:21:40 But if I dispute the fairness of the punishment, then by doing so I accuse God of injustice. And since I accuse God himself of injustice, that means I am a criminal. That is, this is, you know, non-standard logic. That is, this means that I do not recognize God’s right to punish me and make me think. If so, then what is my faith in God if I do not recognize his educational right, that he punishes me. You need to accept God in your life. He not only controls the universe, creation, maintenance, destruction, but he also controls my personal destiny. If this is so, it means that everything that happens in my destiny, it all comes from him to me for something, so that I think.

00:22:35 If I start to grumble and say that: “No, this is all unfair,” and so on, everything else, then where is my faith in the fact that the Lord is leading me. How then can I be sure that he is directing me to himself, and everything will be fine? How can we complain about the one we worship? After all, if the punishment is unjust, then God is unjust, right? But if I persist in ignorance and insist on being right, this means that my consciousness will not change. And I will make the same mistakes as before and get the same reactions. That is, I need to understand that when suffering comes to me, then suffering is the logical conclusion of this karmic circle. Something once came out of me, and now it comes to me. If I do not accept what has come to me, this means that I do not admit my guilt. Here. That is, I still hold on to my past mentality, on the basis of which I made some mistakes.

00:23:42 And the point of suffering is that I should renounce my erroneous attitudes and mentality that led to sin. And sin led to suffering. So, this bull [Dharma], he could easily point to this Kaliya Purusha as the cause of his suffering. But he did not do this. But because trying to blame others does not save us from suffering, but, on the contrary, prolongs it. Why? Because if I didn’t pass this lesson on humility before fate, then in fact it means that I will, so to speak, step on the same rake again and again. Until I understand that this rake stick hit me on the head because I stepped on this lower part of the rake, which is connected to the upper one.

00:24:43 That is, until I understand how the rake works, that if I step on the lower part, the upper one hits me. Now, if I don’t understand this, then I will continue to step on this rake. That is, until a person understands that certain of his actions lead to certain reactions, and that this mechanism is tripled by God so that we can see that the cause of suffering is in ourselves. Until we understand this attitude, until then we will grumble at fate, you know. But it is very important not just to endure with clenched teeth, but to endure with the understanding that I deserve it. That is, you see, this is not some kind of humility of some downtrodden shady person, but, on the contrary, this is the humility of a person who understands very deeply, you understand. Because, well, you can, let’s say, outwardly worship God, etc., but internally, when some things come to us, we may not accept it, consider ourselves innocent.

00:25:40 Nevertheless, this is exactly the prayer with which I started, the prayer of Brahma. After all, he says that, regardless of what certain reactions come to me for my past actions, behold, a person should continue to worship the Supreme with body, speech and mind, knowing full well that everything that comes to him when... it came from me. Then, in this correct understanding, that is, humility, humility is not in stupidity, but humility in knowledge, humility in patience in knowledge. When a person lives in such a state, it is precisely this that unties all these karmic knots, all these incorrect, so to speak, connections in the mind, all these material attitudes of ours, about our independence from God, etc. etc., all other things. Now, then all this, so to speak, easily and easily unwinds and unravels.

00:26:35 So, it is necessary to maintain your spiritual practice, loyalty, devotion to God at all levels of existence, without any offense against him. Then this suffering will truly pass, and we will emerge purified, as if we have passed an exam. Here. As an example, as an illustration, I will cite a story, also one such ancient one, about one sick king. The king was sick with some very strange disease for which no doctors, even the best ones, could find a cure. They offered him everything, tried to treat him in different ways. Nothing happened to him, he got worse and worse. And so, it means that they invited some really super doctor from some other kingdom, who seemed to say that they could help him. Here

00:27:28 And the king, or rather this new doctor examined this king and said: “I have a prescription, but I’m not sure that you will accept it.” Here. Well, all the courtiers stood there: “Of course, say what, what’s the problem? We will accept everything, we will find any medicine, for any money,” etc. And then this doctor said: “Okay, I’ll tell you the recipe. But brace yourself, so to speak, the decision is not easy.” He says: “In order for the king to be cured, he needs to wash himself in the blood of a thousand babies.” When he uttered such a recipe, then, of course, everyone was dumbfounded, everyone fell silent. Because, well, who would have expected such a recipe. And the king immediately said: “Well, this is impossible. In general, as I can, thousands of babies. This means that not only will thousands of babies die, but these are babies, they are not themselves: families, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters. Yes, how much suffering in general, how many thousands of people will suffer just because of this. No, I’m not ready for this, I’m not ready, I just can’t.”

00:28:39 Here. But ministers and advisers began to say: “But, nevertheless, even though there are babies there, it’s understandable that it’s a pity. But still, you are a king, you are such a figure. Only thousands of babies should die here, but there are many thousands of people in the kingdom. Just imagine that if you die, such a good king, even more people will suffer. It’s better that we lose a thousand than that we cause suffering to many people.” That is, there was some kind of argument, conversation. Although, of course, the decision was very, very difficult, and, in the end, the king for a long time, so to speak, rushed between the advice of his ministers and advisers and the impulses of his own mind. He didn't sleep at night. Here. And in the morning he still made this decision. And there the advisers, so to speak, [laughs] announced to the whole country that maybe there are some mothers who are ready to give up their babies voluntarily. So to speak, so that there is no need, that is, to do all this forcibly.

00:29:41 Here. And very great troubles began in the kingdom. People there began to grumble: “These are the things.” And, in the end, it means that the king came to the decision that no, he cannot accept, cannot accept such a recipe. He cannot take such medicine. And he was so deeply internally worried about his citizens, about these babies, about their parents, etc., that very serious changes took place in his heart that had not existed before. Here. A king is a person who works with many external things: there is some kind of money, some kind of management, enemies, business, economics, and so on and so forth. Here. And not so often, perhaps, so to speak, he manages to look inside himself.

00:30:32 And then, suddenly, this is the situation that prompted him to reconsider his attitude towards people, towards life itself, to weigh, as it were, the circumstances: to put himself on one side of the scale, on the other side of the scale - those thousand babies, in addition with all their relatives. Here. And when he felt deep compassion for these people there, then with this compassion he got rid of the inner cruelty, which, in fact, was the cause of his illness. And he began to recover. That is, this doctor, a very deep specialist in the field of Ayurveda, looked at this man and realized that his illness had a very deep cause, rooted in his consciousness. Here. That is, from the point of view of Ayurveda, a person, human health can exist at different levels

00:31:32 Here. The external state of health is the state of our physical body. Then our subtle body exists, i.e. psyche, mind, reason, our thoughts, desires, aspirations. Here. It’s like such a subtle body, there is a certain health or not health, when a person thinks good or bad about someone, he is jealous or he is angry there, he curses someone, something else. And the deepest layer of our being is the layer of the soul, i.e. understanding how we are connected to God, understanding such deep laws of the universe, connections with other living beings, etc. Here. And from the point of view of Ayurveda, a person should be, as it were, his health can be stable when it comes from this very deep spiritual level. And if a person may look healthy outwardly, but on these levels, on the subtle, on the spiritual, he is not healthy, then sooner or later, of course, all this, some kind of illness will result.

00:32:34 On the other hand, when a person is internally healthy, then he practically and externally does not get sick. Here. And from the position of the same Ayurveda, a person should be able to adequately answer not only the questions: “Who are you?” So, in terms of the identity of the body, that there is a Russian - not a Russian, or a man - a woman, something like that. And it’s not easy to talk about your inner state, about your subtle body: “what kind of knowledge do I have, who am I by education?” And a person must also, as it were, realize his identity or his spiritual belonging to God, at the level of spirit. Because, well, if a person just outwardly says that I am such and such, such and such, the Russian there is Vanya, Petya or someone else, Sasha, Masha. Here. I studied there, there, there, such an education. But if he cannot answer the deepest spiritual question: “What are you a part of, what are you a part of God?” If a person is not able to realize himself in this way, then from the point of view of Ayurveda, such a person should be considered sick, i.e. he doesn't understand who he is on a deep level.

00:33:34 And gradually this misunderstanding of who he is, it passes into his subtle body, passes into certain forms of all kinds of incorrect internal delusions, identifications at the subtle level. And then gradually, gradually, as it were, such errors in thinking stereotypes, etc., they accumulate there. And then they already lead to some specific incorrect external actions, and this also all leads to some final result of the disease. So, therefore, health is, as it were, not easy, it is, as it were, such an external thing, it is a certain state of consciousness for the entire depth of our being, for the entire, as it were, totality of our being. This is not just a superficial thing. Cover some holes there with some ointment or cream, etc. That is, the most important thing is to realize within yourself your personal connection with God. Then we will form the right thoughts, the right mood, desires in relation to this world, towards other living beings. And accordingly, the right actions, which already form our entire, so to speak, external state and well-being, health and everything else

00:34:40 So, in order to achieve this state of liberation, it is necessary for the correct processes to occur within us. Here. That is, one must, in all circumstances, always be aware of one’s connection with God and remain his servant. Then this liberation will become a legal right, like the father's inheritance. Our father, he is a fairly liberated person, he is liberated. And we, in theory, should also be liberated souls. But when we forget about this relationship with our father, then we fall into the slavery of material nature. So, we practice our spiritual life within the framework of our destiny, our karma. And therefore these reactions continue to come to us like some kind of stabs in the back.

00:35:36 But we must tolerate these things with understanding. Again, I emphasize not to endure stupidly, but with understanding. Now, then our erroneous thinking, which led to mistakes, will be corrected and then there will be no more obstacles on our spiritual path. And in [blavatgitsa], in one of the Ancient Vedic texts, the Supreme says that if a person is focused on him with his mind, then by the grace of the Lord he overcomes all the obstacles caused by life. However, when a person shows such, as it were, independence, or moves away from God, then he simply becomes entangled in his fate.

00:36:27 So, that is, the most important thing is the mood of our consciousness, what it is addressed to, what is inside us, what thoughts, what understanding of life. Here. Because the body by itself cannot suffer, the body by itself is just a machine, the machine is always dead, but the soul is always alive. That is, concepts such as death and suffering are quite illusory. In the sense that the soul, generally speaking, is located in such a spiritual dimension of existence, it is not directly connected with the material world. And the body is like a machine, it is always dead. Here. The question then arises: “Who experiences suffering?” If the soul is immortal, and the body is always dead, then the question arises: “Who dies?” That is, such states as the state of suffering or the state of death, they are products of our certain illusion. Here, which is connected with our incorrect understanding of the world, with an incorrect understanding of life, with this break in our relationship with the Supreme

00:37:30 That’s why the correction of our life, destiny, so to speak, begins at all levels: at the level of health, at the level of relationships, at any level - with the fact that we restore this deepest basic connection with God . And knowledge about this is called such a term as [sambanthogiana], i.e., knowledge about our connection with the Supreme. When a person realizes this connection, then, based on this understanding, he begins to practice the spiritual process. And when he practices this spiritual process, then such practical changes in our lives begin to occur. That is, a person, as a rational being with a certain free will, has a certain responsibility.

00:38:28 That’s why life is given to us, so that we don’t just brush aside problems, like people there now: “Well, how are you living?” “Yes, there I solved those problems, solved some problems, others came - I solved these, some more came.” That is, we see how people are trying to preserve some of their elusive happiness. And they try with all their might to brush aside or get rid of some problems that fall on them like from a cornucopia. People think that there is life in this struggle. Yes, [laughs] they are used to this understanding. But, in fact, this is only, so to speak, an external façade. Of course, you have to deal with some problems, everyone absolutely has to deal with them. But the look at them and the approach to solving them can be fundamentally different if we understand where these problems come from and why they come to me. Here. That is, life was given to us so that we could solve this very deep problem.

00:39:29 That is, one problem - our problem of relationships with God, it has now turned into a million other small problems that we have to solve. And it turns out that people, instead of first solving one main global problem, they don’t even know about it, they seem to be trying with their breasts to close this embrasure of all these problems that are pouring in on them. They just can’t understand why there are so many problems in life, well, why. So I decided one thing, then another, I decided one thing, and another appeared. That is, it is approximately similar to the situation of a person who is in a boat and there is a hole in the boat. Water comes through this hole, and he, with some kind of scoop or ladle, scoops up this water. And he is all sweaty, he is constantly struggling, he is scooping up this water, but it continues to flow. And so he barely stays afloat, thanks to his enthusiasm.

00:40:28 That is, we see that many live like this, many live like this - they are constantly in an eternal stream of struggle, and there is no end in sight. And what is a reasonable action in this situation? The reasonable action is that, of course, no one is against it, the water needs to be bailed out, the problem needs to be solved. But in order to, so to speak, the circle of these problems not expand, for this it is necessary to first solve the main, central problem. So what? Fix the hole, mend the hole. Here. That is, what kind of hole is this, what kind of gap is this through which constant problems come to us. This gap is this broken relationship with the source of happiness, with the source of knowledge, with the source of everything, with the source of all goods, with God. Here. And therefore, people do not have such a vision, such knowledge, they tend to solve a million secondary problems, but at the same time they completely ignore this primary, main problem, this hole through which all these things continue to come into their lives, so to speak, endless problems.

00:41:34 That’s why human life and responsibility, in general, are needed to discover these things in yourself, specifically in yourself, to restore these deep relationships with God, and when the main This gap has been sealed, the fundamental problem has been solved. Now, so to speak, in such a more natural and calm, not so exhausting, mode, we can already solve some residual, so to speak, problems that, by inertia, naturally continue to come into our lives. But over time, like any inertia, they fade. That’s why today’s topic is “Accept your destiny”; in principle, it aims to show this specific karmic cycle. That everything that comes to us once came from us. And the Supreme Lord, through material nature, simply provides this mechanism for delivering these reactions to us, so that we think and try to change something in our destiny.

00:42:47 Here. But this must be on the basis of knowledge, understanding and such inner humility. That is, life must be perceived not in the spirit of a feeling of pleasure: “Come on, let me enjoy this other thing!” And life must be perceived as a kind of school, because real life begins in spiritual reality, when the soul is not burdened with a physical body, which, in fact, is just a prisoner’s costume. Just like when you see a person who has a ball on his leg and a chain, that in itself means that he is a prisoner. So, in the same way, when we see a soul imprisoned in a physical body, this means that it is a prisoner, that is, a guilty person.

00:43:30 This is why real life begins from the level of liberation, when a living being already enters the highest reality. Until then, this corrective period is going on, and it will continue until we, as it were, continue, until we untie all these knots within ourselves, until we let go of all these grievances, until we are at our mercy until we understand that everything that comes to us, it once came from me. Therefore, there is no need to complain about fate, because fate is the will of God, if we accept God, then we must also accept our fate. That's it, that's it for today. Today is a little shorter, but I see there are certain questions written down here, so...
[Host] Yes, we have questions,
[Tushkin V.R.] ...there will be something to talk about
[Presenter] Vasily Rurikovich, I will read them out:

00:44:26 [Host] The first question came from Sergei, he came after the last program: “I was recently asked a question on the topic of Vasily Rurikovich’s last lectures “The Vedas and Christianity,” which confused me. He did not dissuade me of the authority of the Vedas, but I was still unable to give an answer. I would like to hear an authoritative opinion on this matter from you. How should one treat the pre-Christ avatars when he himself says in the Gospel: “Everyone, no matter how many of them came before me, are thieves and robbers”?
[Tushkin] Uh-huh. Yes, a strong argument, of course. Here you can get confused, but the point is not in the argument. Understand this thing: arguments from the field of logic, and you can find them a lot for, and a lot against. Here the question is different, that every person, say, looking for something spiritual, he accepts some kind of authority, which for him is a kind of some kind of reference point or such a ground on which a person stands.

00:45:37 So, and therefore, in every spiritual tradition, system, there are certain statements that indicate some kind of, well, exclusivity of the process or the person who represents this process. This is quite understandable, i.e., let’s say, this question can be answered with another question. If I take and put a quote from [Blagavatgitsa] chapter nine, text twenty-three, here is where Krishna says: “Those who worship other Gods, in fact, worship me, but they do not do it as it should be, literally, there against rules." Now, let’s say someone takes the position of Christianity and he says that the words of Christ are such and such, everyone who came before me are all thieves and swindlers.

00:46:30 And you tell him, but I have another phrase, that according to Krishna, those who worship other Gods actually worship me, but they just don’t do it correctly, they don’t do it correctly. And do the right thing through me, and that’s all! That is, he gives you his trump card, as they say, and you give him yours. So, that is, this is, as it were, a somewhat thankless task, because I say, in any system there are some specific phrases like this. And it is also necessary to understand that some things are said in a certain historical context. That is, suppose Christ spoke to his disciples in a certain place, in a certain historical context, and it is unlikely, so to speak, that they were familiar with the Vedic tradition, which, firstly, was more widespread in other geographical places, both ancient and etc. That is, in those days there were no such, so to speak, transcontinental communications for people to know well about this; books, too, so to speak, were limited.

00:47:31 Here. Therefore, it is quite obvious that this phrase: “Those who were thieves and robbers before me,” it can be completely true in a certain historical context in that land there, in those places, etc. Here. This is approximately the same as this famous phrase that “No one can come to the Father except through me.” This phrase is written in the present tense. And, indeed, at the time when Christ spoke it in Palestine at that time and in that place, there was no one else who could be more truly spiritual to people than Christ. Here. But she does not discuss such things as from now on and forever and at all times, etc. Here. Because you understand, as it were, and the attempts themselves, the moves, they set as their goal to deprive a person of free will. Those. imagine that, let’s say, you or I accepted the Vedic tradition, and we accepted it not simply, but, let’s say, at the behest of the heart, in which, by the way, God is also located.

00:48:35 And so, you seem to sincerely share this knowledge, and then someone appears who says: “But you know, there, in the Bible it says this and that, that all who there were thieves and robbers before me.” And that is, now for you it is like a knife in the heart, i.e. the supreme Lord, who is in your heart, who leads you in a certain path, and someone simply takes you with some phrase and tries to deprive you of the most valuable thing. As if in such a way, well, in such a way, not by external force, but in such a subtle way, by twisting his hand, he deprives you of free will, but just like that - accept it all! So what should you do? Those. This is, like, well, this is an incorrect way, because then I say, I can also give some other quote to this. Here. That is, as a rule, people use things like this not in order to help a person spiritually, but in order to, well, replenish their ranks there, or something else, or to elevate themselves by humiliating another and etc.

00:49:40 That’s why, of course, you won’t find complete compliance with traditions, and don’t look for them, they don’t exist, i.e. There are, as it were, such fundamental initial things from the general ideology, which I already spoke about once, but now I will not repeat. But this kind of detailing, it always remains within the framework of some tradition. And it’s just people who are a little politically motivated, they put pressure on these pedals, they seem to pedal in this way so that, since they don’t have inner purity, let’s say, right? If you have met such a Christian, who, well, in general, exudes divine love, is generally the kindest person and everything is wonderful, and you, right through him, have felt God, yes, and why not accept such a process, wonderful ?

00:50:32 And when, let’s say, you don’t meet something like this, then they start twisting your arms, with phrases like: “...that those who were before me...”, and that’s all, and now I have to accept it, I must renounce my spiritual experience. Let's say I follow the Vedic path, I have some kind of spiritual experience. Now, I feel the presence of God in my life. So, and then, suddenly, someone comes in with such a phrase and that’s it, he kind of throws it like a mandate on the table, and that’s it: “You are under arrest, you are the wrong one..., i.e. You must refuse." Why should I give up my experience, my understanding from this age-old tradition, when the same Krishna says in [Bagavat Gita] that: “You will get rid of attachment, fear and anger and many, many people in the past have gone through the process of developing knowledge, purification through asceticism and reached me.” These are the things. Why should I give up this, such a great tradition? Simply because someone, say, presents me with some other argument. Here. If I didn’t have, say, any understanding and experience, maybe I would have fallen for it. But when a person is already on the path, and in his heart he feels as if the Lord himself is leading him

00:51:31 Now someone comes with some kind of political motives, obviously not spiritual, and cannot present anything spiritual. But he presents me, as it were, with a phrase on the basis of which I now have to give up something. This is how the security forces act, you understand. The security forces, they have a knife, a gun, something else, and they say: “Come on, this way or nothing, life or wallet.” And they twist their arms. Here, i.e. this in itself, as it were, turns out that people use phrases from spiritual scriptures not at all for spiritual purposes, but for some political purposes. And in principle this is visible. Here. By the way they behave, how they present themselves, whether they behave aggressively or say something like this: “Well, come on, if you have divine love, well, I want it, come on, where is this divine love?” And if, instead of divine love, I see some kind of political distortions, or I see, let’s say, that people are simply motivated, say, by expanding their ranks or replenishing the number of the church, church treasury or something else, here , as it were, and all this seems to be with such pathos. Let’s say he argues with some words like this, then everything is already sewn with white thread.

00:52:39 That’s why all these things need to be looked at from the perspective of the quality of spiritual life. Phrases - phrases, quotes - quotes, you can have all sorts of different quotes here and there. But if you are talking about your advantage, then I want to see it realistically, not at the level of phrases and quotes, but I want to see this advantage realistically. If it exists, then I don’t mind, but if, for example, I can’t be sure of it, I see advantages in other ways, then what does your quotes have to do with it, you understand. That is, spiritual life, and indeed everything, it seems to convince in fact, is real. Well, because you can throw out different quotes like this, like this, like this. Here, but the real qualities convince. Well, they either exist or they don’t. If a person moves towards God, then he has divine qualities. Where are they? If I don’t see them, then what do these quotes mean to me, they’re just like scribes. Here, which there point to some letters. Where is the real product?

00:53:33 Here, you can show me the price list that your price list is the best of all. Well, the price list is wonderful. Where is the product? Where is the product? If there is love for God, I want to see it, I want to feel it, but where it is written, you can write anything you want, you understand. So, that’s why I would begin to structure the conversation in exactly this way and in general, let’s say, take the position of making excuses, which is also a little strange. Here. Because the Vedic tradition is more ancient. Let others explain why theirs is not the same as in the Vedas. Why should I explain what, why this is not the same as in Christianity. Let the later tradition explain why it is not like in the Vedas, in the ancient scriptures. Now, here you can simply, so to speak, easily shift the emphasis to other things, and let the attacker become justified. Personally, my position is this, that’s all

00:54:26 [Host] I will read out one more question. Oksana sent him to us. The question goes like this: “I thought that for now I am responsible for my child under 14 years old, and according to karma, I can decide what to do for the child. And here is the consequence: my husband does not allow me to initiate children, to initiate children into the Vedic scriptures, believing that Christianity is more proven and correct. I have no right to argue with my husband, but the Vedic principles are closer to me, as the most fair and giving the opportunity to answer very tricky questions. While I read the Bible to the children. My husband sometimes either doesn’t want or maybe he doesn’t have enough time to study the dangers (written in quotation marks) of Vedic knowledge and give me the answer: Is it possible or not to give this knowledge to children? The children's Bible says that Jonah the Baptist ate wild honey and locusts. Explain this is a mistake, typo or incorrect translation? With respect for your work, Oksana.

00:55:29 [Tushkin V.R.] Well, here it’s probably easier to start from the end, regarding the locusts. These so-called locusts that are written there, I am, of course, not an expert in all these languages in which the Bible is written. Here. But I heard that locusts are still translated as a dairy product like curdled milk, that is, some kind of dairy product is obtained from these cows or whatever, from goats. And honey because it’s quite strange, of course, to hear from a person who is such a prophet that he eats some unclean foods. Because there is a phrase further on that he ate honey and locusts in order to distinguish good from evil. That is, it’s not just like, now we need honey and locusts, let’s say, if this is translated as locusts, then that’s it, why should we eat honey and locusts? That is, this is not an example.

00:56:25 Here, but in order to distinguish good from evil, for this it is necessary to be in goodness. A person who is in passion, he confuses good, evil in ignorance, he takes one for the other. Well, in goodness he sees exactly what is what. So, in order to be in goodness, good products are necessary for this. Honey clearly doesn’t fit here, and locusts, excuse me, don’t go well with beneficial products. Therefore, it is not easy to list his diet, that he ate honey and locusts, i.e. locusts And there you have to read the phrase to the end that he ate honey and locusts in order to distinguish good from evil. And from this last phrase, we can already deduce the previous one: How will this be translated correctly - dried locusts or this dairy product? Will eating dried locusts, so to speak, help distinguish good from evil? Maybe we all need to switch to this, then we will immediately see the difference between good and evil? That is, this is nonsense, right?

00:57:22 That is, good food, it should lead, so to speak, to a good consciousness, but locusts have nothing to do with good food. So, from the end, based on this, I am still inclined to think that the correct translation of the word akrid is a dairy product. Because he belongs to the good ones. And here is a dairy product or yogurt, this is exactly what you need. This is a beneficial product that forms a person’s ability to distinguish good from evil. Well, as for your first question, the relationship with your husband, it is of course much more complex. I don’t know what to advise you, to be honest. Here you need to look like this. How do children react to these things? That is, if children, for example, perceive it easily, you can give them both. That is, in principle, as if a reasonable parent, he would not, for example, somehow harm his child or somehow set him up against one another. A reasonable parent will try to give the child such a holistic vision and show that the world is holistic.

00:58:30 Well, there are, say, people who live in such a place, they have such a tradition. So, and they perceive, let’s say, God like this. And in another place people perceive the same God somewhat differently. There are such books, there is such a book, there is the Bible, there is a book [Blagavat Gita], there is a book “Karan”. That is, they all, in principle, talk about the same God, but in slightly different words. That is, it may not be that there you strictly follow Christianity to your husband or, let’s say, the Vedic tradition is closer to you. What should poor children do? Either follow your father or follow your mother. Well, you can, in principle, explain both, because, again, I say, in such global issues there is no difference. Still, let me remind you then, since we are talking about this, about the three basic principles of general ideology, which are true for all religions. That is, the first thing is that both spirit and matter come from God, no one will argue with this. Both consciousness and matter come from God. First.

00:59:25 Here, the second principle. Since we are connected to God as souls either directly through a relationship of love, or indirectly through a relationship with this material world, through time. If we are connected with him either directly or indirectly, then we are always responsible to him. This is the second postulate of the general ideology. And the third postulate of the general ideology is that if we are always connected with him, he is eternal and we are eternal. And matter is under the influence of time - this means that a person’s priority should be the development of his eternal relationship with God, rather than his temporary relationship with matter. That is, this is, as it were, a Christian postulate that, first of all, seek the kingdom of God. That's it, these are three postulates of the general ideology that cannot be disputed. They are true for any religion. This idea, if you are, say, involved in the spiritual education of children, needs to be conveyed. And it’s better if they know both. But now, when they know both of them according to the basics, now comes the moment of responsibility for their own freedom, you understand

01:00:31 And here it’s the husband, not the husband, you – no one can influence, because it’s the duty to give the child a choice. Let him choose for himself, don’t let mom and dad decide for him. Mom and dad should provide him with the widest possible range and explain it here like this, here a little differently. The essence is the same, but some of the external features are different. Here. And let him choose himself, because who knows what the child himself wants. Now, while he is quite, as they say, small, we can program him, model his behavior. But then he still begins to show his free will. Therefore, I think that the solution should lie on a different plane. You can’t choose this or that, but if you, say, have one, you are inclined to one thing, and your husband is inclined to another, it’s not very good to pull the children here or there. Give both, on a general basis. And then they themselves will be able to choose, then the father will decide what he will do, so to speak, how he will go against his will. Maybe the children will choose Christianity, who knows. If they become real Christians, what's the problem? So, either they choose the Vedic path, maybe they will gain something else. Who knows? Maybe they will want to become Muslims, or even materialists, who knows?

01:01:41 That is, this is their free will, you know. Here. Therefore, I think that there is no need to, as it were, drag the blanket here or there. But we need to show the general principles, here are some differences, as far as it is possible to explain. So, let them choose for themselves. That's probably how I would answer.
[Presenter] Wonderful, wonderful. Thank you very much, Vasily Rurikovich, for answering the questions of our radio listeners. There are no more questions at this time. I will thank you for today's interesting lectures. I’ll just ask one question: “What will be the next topic of our program?”
[Tushkin V.R.] The next topic, well, I’m inclined to do “Six Internal Enemies”.
[Presenter] Wonderful. So let's talk, dear radio listeners, about six internal enemies next week. Thank you, good bye
[Tushkin V.R.] Goodbye
[Host] Goodbye
Ayurveda radio, in the embrace of beauty.

Humility is a special topic for me. One of my karmic tasks in this life was to learn to be humble before God's will for me. For a long time I was a very humble person – a kind of fighter who had to constantly fight life’s difficulties. And I must say there were difficulties in abundance, there was enough pain and suffering in my life! Of course, I heard the word humility, but I never thought about its true meaning, I did not understand the full depth of this meaning, and certainly did not think that humility could have anything to do with me.

But one fine day, with the help of the Teacher, this word began to reveal itself to me. And I realized that humility is what I need. In principle, this is what we all need - anyone and everyone living here on Earth. Now I know that humility is a huge, magical power. Humility has changed me and my life 360 degrees for the better. Life has become easy and simple! I don’t want to say that difficulties and problems are completely over in my life. We will always have problems on Earth, because this world was created to create problems for us. But the number of problems in my life has sharply decreased and it has become very easy for me to solve them!

So, what is humility? Humility is, first of all, living with peace in the Soul! At peace with yourself, in harmony with the world around you and God. Humility is the internal acceptance of situations that happen to us. Any situation, no matter what areas of life it concerns.

For example, Ayurveda - Vedic medicine, believes that a sick person has no chance of being healed if he does not accept his illness. Almost any disease can be cured, but only when a person has internally accepted it, humbled himself, understood why the disease came into his life, and worked through the tasks that the disease sets for him. It’s the same with all difficult situations in life – until you accept it, you won’t change it.

How to understand whether I accept the situation or not. If I accept it, there is peace inside me, nothing bothers me, nothing stresses me out about the situation. I think about her and speak calmly. Inside there is complete calm and relaxation. If I don’t accept it, then there is tension inside, internal dialogue, complaints, resentments, irritation, etc. Pain. The more pain, the more rejection. As soon as we take it, the pain goes away.

Many people understand weakness and humiliation by the word acceptance or humility. They say I’ve resigned myself, which means I’ll sit with my hands folded and come what may, let everyone wipe their feet on me. In fact, true humility gives dignity to a person. Humility and acceptance within are internal qualities, and on the external level I take some actions.

Let's look at a few examples:

1. We often encounter difficulties in personal relationships. Our head has a different picture of the relationship with our loved one than the one we get in reality. In our head, both the image and the behavior of a loved one are different than what we receive in fact. It is the discrepancy between the desired and the actual that causes us suffering and pain. Often we see the root of our troubles not in ourselves, but in others. Now he will change and I will stop suffering. Remember, the cause of troubles is not in another person or his behavior, the cause is in us and in our attitude towards a loved one.

First of all, we must accept reality as it is. Our reality is created by our subconscious programs and God. We don't actually get what we want, but what we deserve. This is how the law of karma works - what goes around comes around. The current reality was sown by us, by some of our actions in the past - in this or a past life. Protesting and suffering is stupid and not constructive! It is much more constructive to internally accept reality as it is. Accept your loved one for who he is, with all his shortcomings and advantages, with all his attitude towards us. Take responsibility for everything that happens in our lives - for events, for people, for their attitude towards us - onto ourselves! Only I am responsible for what happens in my life.

We “pulled” everything to ourselves. It is my actions and energies that force the other person to act towards me in a way that may not be entirely pleasant for me. Our own karma comes to us through those close to us. And then, rolling up your sleeves, you need to begin the internal work. Everything that happens to us here is lessons. Our loved ones are our most important Teachers. Every difficult situation is sent to us not to fight it, but to educate us. Thanks to this situation, we can understand life more deeply, change something in ourselves for the better, develop unconditional love, rise to a new level of development, gain some life experience necessary for our Soul, and pay off our karmic debt.

Only after accepting the situation can you finally begin to think about what is actually being taught. Why is this situation sent to us? By what behavior and thoughts did we bring this situation to life?! Maybe we are not coping with our role as a man or a woman, are we developing qualities that are alien to our nature? This means we must go and gain knowledge on how to properly perform our role. How a man should act in this world and how a woman should act, so that it would be in harmony with the laws of the Universe. I always say that in order to be a man or a woman, it is not enough to be born in a male or female body. You have to become a Man or a Woman – this is a big task in life. And with the implementation of this task our destiny in the world begins.

But this is not the only cause of problems in relationships, although it is, of course, the most global and it is from this that all other problems in gender relations are born. Again, each case is of course very individual. Maybe this situation teaches us self-respect and we should say no to relationships. Or maybe we need to learn to stand up for ourselves, not allow another person to insult, humiliate, and God forbid beat us. Those. Having internally accepted the situation, I now defend myself not with emotions of resentment and irritation, but with emotions of love for myself and for others, with emotions of acceptance. Those. Internally we have complete calm - but externally we may say rather harsh words, take some measures, do not allow ourselves to be insulted, and firmly put the other person in his place. Those. we act on the external level without getting involved in emotion, not from the position of Ego and resentment - we act from the position of the Soul.

When we struggle with a situation without acceptance, everything comes from our emotions and from the Ego. You must feel like a Soul and learn to act in this world like a Soul, and not like a clot of egoism. Another very important point - yes, on the external plane we take some actions to change the situation, but inside we must always be ready to accept any development of events. Repeat as often as possible that this has sounded in you like a mantra - I am internally ready or ready to accept any development of events! Everything will happen the way God wants - man proposes, God disposes. We must free ourselves from our hold on the result - they say, I only want it this way and no other way. Here on Earth, in everything and always, the last word belongs to God. – and we must accept it!

Another point - often problems in personal relationships are given to work out character traits - perhaps our partner’s behavior indicates to us that we are touchy, jealous, critical, rude, assertive, despotic, we are trying to subordinate the other to our will, without taking into account his desires, we are trying to remake him for yourself, etc. This means we must free ourselves from these qualities. For example, if you are critical, then you must stop concentrating on a person’s shortcomings and learn to see the merits in a person, say kind words to him, praise him, give him compliments. Every person has qualities for which to praise him - learn to see them!

If you are jealous, you must learn to trust the person and your relationship. Giving your partner free space - he is not your property. And also in this case, you must develop confidence in yourself and your attractiveness. Take care of yourself, fulfill your male or female role correctly. And most importantly, give love to your partner. Jealousy says that your partner is dear to you and you don’t want to lose him, but jealousy as a way of expressing love is very destructive, because sooner or later it will destroy the relationship. Keep in mind that if you are jealous, you are energetically already inviting a third person into your relationship and his appearance is a matter of time.

So with all other emotions: all that is required of you is to replace the negative with a positive antipode and train your consciousness for a new attitude towards your partner and the situation.

Relationships are always about respect, freedom, love and giving. This is service to each other! In relationships, we should think less about what our partner should do in relation to us and think more about what we should do in relation to him. Because often having a list of requirements for the second half, to put it mildly, we ourselves are far from meeting this list! Always remember about your area of responsibility in a relationship and think less about your partner’s area of responsibility.

It all starts with you - the right energy will come from you and your partner will also begin to give you harmonious energy. The saying is as old as time - change yourself and the world around you will change too. A person who is not humble, instead of changing himself, wants to change the world. This is the trouble, this is the whole root of suffering. And the box opens so easily!!

2. Or another example. Consider a disease. For example, we confirm the diagnosis of cancer or any other unpleasant diagnosis. And then people start asking questions: why is this happening to me, why do I need it. The fear of death turns on. There is a complete rejection of the disease and a rush to the doctors - who will save and who will help??!! This is the road to nowhere!!

The first thing you need to do is accept the disease. Illness is not stupid, it always comes in a targeted manner, because illness is actually a signal from our subconscious mind that we are doing something wrong. This is a signal that our behavior and our reactions to events are harmful to us. Disease is an appeal of the Universe to us. God tells us through illness - you are breaking the laws of the Universe, stop! Speaking specifically about cancer, it is a disease of resentment. A person is very offended by someone and carries this resentment within himself for a long time. Perhaps for years. On a subconscious level, when we are offended, we send destruction to the person we were offended by. And this program of destruction, like a boomerang, returns to us.

A person’s resentment eats away, and therefore cancer—cancer cells—corrode the body. We need to work through the past, forgive and let go of grievances. Accept both past situations and the illness that is now. And only after doing this internal work can we expect that our external actions in connection with illnesses - hospitalization, medications, surgery and chemotherapy - will bear positive results. If we fight the disease, do not accept it, use only external methods, run to various kinds of specialists without doing the work inside, the result will be disastrous. Because fighting the situation only makes it worse. Here I used cancer as an example, but we should do the same with any other disease!

True, don’t go to extremes - you don’t need to look for deeper reasons in a mild cold. A cold can only mean that yesterday you dressed too lightly and stood in a draft for a long time! Or that you have been working too much lately, so your body decided to put you to rest. Relax, pamper yourself and go ahead!

But serious illnesses already require treatment. In general, the path to many serious illnesses begins with grievances - if a person does not internally accept them, then betrayals are given, if this person does not pass, then illnesses and blows of fate follow. And the more egoism, the stronger the blows. We also get sick when we do not go according to our purpose, when we do not fulfill our tasks. When we eat incorrectly. Western medicine says that all diseases are from nerves, and Eastern medicine says that all diseases are from improper nutrition. Therefore, in order not to get sick with anything other than a cold, learn to accept, stop being offended, start living in harmony with yourself and God, do your duty, follow your destiny and lead a healthy lifestyle, eat right! On an internal level, learn to open up and live in complete trust in the Higher Source! In complete trust and love! Understand that you are God’s creation and God knows what and why he is doing in your life!

And if you do get sick, then take a comprehensive approach to treatment and recovery. Work on the inner plane and use what medicine offers. For example, work with a psychologist and work with a doctor! More than once I have met people who follow the spiritual path and believe that a disease can be cured only by internal work on oneself - they say, medical manipulations and medications are not required. Be smart! We are still very far from reaching the level where only internal work on ourselves will produce results.

Don’t go to the other extreme: when a person believes that he can only be cured using external methods - medicine, drugs, etc. For healing, we still need an integrated approach, because when we are in the embodied state, there is a trinity - Spirit, Soul and body. And problems on one of these plans indicate problems on others! After all, the disease first originates on the subtle plane - from our incorrect worldview, thoughts, actions, deeds. And only then does it move to the physical plane. Therefore, it is necessary to treat both internal and external - only then will there be a lasting result. After all, it often happens that a person seems to have been cured, but after a while he fell ill again. And all because there were no changes inside!!

3. Well, just an everyday example. For example, our wallet with documents, credit cards, money was stolen - we internally accept this and are not upset, but externally we take action: we go write a statement, do everything to find our documents, wallet, punish the criminal. Only we are not driven by this resentment, anger and irritation. We don’t wish for another that his hands would wither and never grow again, we don’t send curses on his head, etc. No, we are calm inside - we understand that since God sent us this, it means it is needed for some reason. We just calmly do what is required of us, without hysterics and curses at the thief. Again, maybe our wallet wasn’t stolen - maybe we dropped it ourselves?

Or let’s say we don’t have a job - we accept it internally, we don’t blame anyone for it: they say the country is in the wrong place and the situation in it is wrong. We don’t attribute everything to circumstances and don’t retire to drink bitter drinks. Yes, this is true today - we don’t have a job, which means we have more time to figure out what we really want to do professionally. Was the job we did before our dream job? Or maybe we only worked for her to pay the bills? Maybe God deliberately deprived us of this job, so that we would finally go and start doing the job of our dreams, begin to realize the talents inherent in us!

Or, for example, if I’m a woman, maybe it’s time for me to devote more time to home and shift the financial support of the family onto the shoulders of my husband, as this is generally how it should be?! Maybe it’s time to finally feel like a Woman – a Hearthkeeper and start organizing a space of love and beauty around you and in your home?! We are calm. And we calmly analyze the state of things. In the outside world, we don’t lie on the couch, but at least look through some advertisements and send out CVs. At the same time, we don’t blame our fate, God - they say we didn’t notice, the government, etc.. On the contrary, we are grateful to fate that everything is so, because maybe around the corner something better awaits us than our previous work (at least for we now have time to rest from the eternal race) and maybe with the wallet that was stolen from us, we bought ourselves off from bigger (emphasis on the o) problems than just losing money. Who knows? This is known only to God. Only he has a complete picture of the world. So in everything - complete trust in God, knowledge and understanding that God knows what and why He is doing in my life! Adoption!

The most amazing thing is that inner acceptance and calmness solves many problems very quickly - a person recovers, his wallet is often with all his money and documents, relationships with loved ones are restored. One way or another, one way or another, any problems are solved. I've seen this more than once. Both in your life and in the lives of other people who have developed and practice accepting situations. Because acceptance opens up a huge flow of energy – we find ourselves right in this flow and attract the best solutions to ourselves like a magnet. It’s all very simple – we just handle situations correctly and we are rewarded handsomely. Acceptance is love. And what we love always becomes our ally! Accepting situations means responding to situations with love. And love is the most powerful energy in the world. Actually, this is why we come - to accumulate love in our hearts and respond to all situations with love!

What is humility born from? From what we know, there are laws that govern Fate and we are ready to study and follow these laws. We have a clear understanding that I am not this body, that I am the Soul. We are all Souls. When we incarnate here on Earth, unfortunately, most of us forget this and begin to consider ourselves a mortal body and live according to the principle - we live once and therefore everything must be done in time! But in fact, behind each of us there are hundreds and thousands of incarnations. We do not belong to this world - we come from another. The Earth for us is a School. Or as one of my Teachers says – boot camp!

Therefore, it is important for each of us here to take the platform of the Disciple. We are all Students here. We must learn here on Earth to stand on a platform of trust and openness to the Higher Source - everything that happens to me here on Earth is given for my good, although sometimes at the first moment it may seem to me that this is not so! Each of us must understand that there is a Higher Power that takes care of us. This Higher Power is God! And here even a blade of grass will not move unless it is the will of God. If something happens in our lives, it means God willed it! When we don’t accept a situation, it’s as if we are expressing our disagreement to God - they say, God, you didn’t notice something. We express our reproach! By this behavior we place ourselves above God, and in Christianity this behavior is called pride.

Pride, if you remember, is one of the 7 deadly sins. A proud person is always weak, because he lives without taking into account the laws of the Universe. He comes into conflict with God's will. Who do you think will win? The will of man or the will of God? The answer is obvious. Because the will of man is the will of egoism. And the will of God is the will of Love and Supreme Justice. Supreme Justice, because there is the law of karma - you can avoid human judgment, but it is impossible to avoid God’s. We will be rewarded for both good deeds and bad deeds. The events of our lives are created by ourselves. They are created by our past incarnations, our thoughts and actions in the past. Our past created our present, our present creates our future! All Souls incarnated on Earth are under the authority of the Higher Powers, under the authority of God, who monitor the fulfillment of the karmic law. We all walk under God. We are all children of God! A proud person forgets about this!

As soon as we are not with God, we have a lot of egoism, claims to this world, various fears, resentments, etc. We are facing many blows to fate. We are scarce, flawed inside. In this world we act only in two directions - either from the Soul or from the Ego! Everything we do from the Soul is our selfless actions. We just do and don't expect anything in return. It is these actions that fill us with happiness and bring us closer to God. Everything we do from the Ego (our Ego and our mind are a single connection) - we expect the same response from the second and if we don’t receive it, claims, resentments, and irritation begin. We are moving away from God! When we are humble, we are with God; when we do not accept the situation, we are without God. And happiness and harmonious solutions to problems are possible only when we are with God. Tell me, is there any problem that could not be solved if God is with me?

For me, one example of true humility is Nick Vujicic. A man who was born without arms and legs. However, today he is a millionaire and a lecturer in demand all over the world. He is married and has a son. Lives a full, happy and eventful life. Helps and inspires others! All this became possible after he humbled himself - accepted himself as God created him! He was able to see the Supreme Divine plan in the fact that he was born disabled. But you know, I can’t bring myself to call him disabled. He is not disabled. Many of us are disabled – disabled souls! Nick, of course, also went through rejection and despondency....however, he understood what God wanted from him! Humility opened up a huge flow of energy for him to fully realize his full potential. Watch the interview with Nick here, I hope it will inspire you a lot and give you a new outlook on life:

From the bottom of my heart I wish you to understand and be imbued with the understanding that humility is the greatest pearl. Become the shell in which this pearl will grow and live. And your life will be filled with miracles! Love and all the best to you and your loved ones!

Very important to you accept your Destiny. What does it mean? First, you need to understand that your Destiny is the greatest Teacher for you. Fate the Teacher asks you questions to which you must find answers, creates situations for you that develop you as a Human, does everything to increase your self-awareness and will. Calls to take your Destiny into your hands and control it are calls of narrow-minded people who do not realize who is Destiny, and therefore, trying to oppose the great Teacher who leads them through Life.

The wisest path is to accept your Fate in absolute humility and gratitude.

Humility will give you a state from which you will see all the spaces of the world - both mental and physical...

In a position of humility, you will gain detachment and invulnerability, and as a result, you will begin to feel and act better.

In a position of humility, you will cease to be a slave or a master, a victim or a predator...

Humility quickly transforms your sense of self-importance, all egoism and its inherent complexes.

But humility will give you peace, lightness and joy. This joy comes from accepting one’s Fate and a truthful, adequate assessment of both oneself and one’s strengths - without exaggeration, but also without understatement.

At the same time, your behavior will become impeccable, and your life will be invulnerable, i.e. you will stop being offended, suffering and making claims... And no one will be able to make a claim against you, no one will be able to offend you, insult you, etc.

Thanks to your humility, Fate will give you Freedom.

Your Freedom will manifest itself in the fact that you will be able to do what you must do to realize your Goal, to increase Humanity in the World, Reality. This is your Freedom and your Destiny as a Warrior of the Spirit.

You will merge with the time of your life and you will stop depending on haste, bustle and slowness. You will do everything at the right time.

You will stop clinging to anything or anyone, i.e. money, power, suffering and pleasure, the desire to please.

You will stop being sad and grieving over your losses and unwanted gains.

You will gain invulnerability in relation to negative emotions, feelings, events and people who are unfriendly.

You realize that grief and sadness not only do not solve your problems, but also strengthen conditions and events that are undesirable for you. In addition, the stronger you become, the more destructive your negative states and emotions manifest themselves for the surrounding psychosphere, but first of all - for yourself. For this reason learn to focus your attention on your Spirit, good health and good mood.

Let go of your usual thoughts, words and actions...

Then neither the feeling of hunger, nor pain, nor despair, nor other suffering will be able to enslave you.

You will stop boring yourself, your life and others with your clinging, passions and needs.

Your Freedom will increase your Love for Life, and Life and Destiny will open up limitless possibilities for you.
